Very solid poboy. However, I'm not sure if this qualifies as a "poboy"--for those familiar, it's virtually identically to a banh mi, in that it's basically a French baguette sandwich with pickled carrots, cilantro, and mayo-based sauce. I do think a typical poboy has fried shrimp (rather than seared), lettuce, tomato, and pickles, so this didn't seem like the most authentic first-poboy experience That being said, I got the seared shrimp poboy and it was delicious! Shrimp was juicy, large, and plentiful, and the baguette had a crispy crust with soft interior Not one of the more well-known spots for poboys but it was definitely a great sandwich. I was dining with a vegetarian friend and it's definitely one of the best poboy spots for people with dietary restrictions

Yes. A little take out window with a few tables. There were some boozy options as well as a good amount of Poboys to choose from, including a plant-based one which was much appreciated. I will definitely go back.

Yum yum. I tried the seared shrimp and the pork belly po boy, and both were delicious. Their bread is great, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the proteins go well with the vegetables. I personally liked the shrimp one more, it's more light and refreshing, but my husband liked the pork belly's savoriness. I thought the pork belly was a bit heavy on the sauce but still delicious. Both great choices!

the 5 stars are for the Thai tofu poboy sandwich! it was super tasty....so much so that I thought I should get a second one just for my flight back home the next day! This is an unpretumtious sandwich place that u can walk in your sweats and just feel comfortable to have a delicious lunch sandwich. And we did exactly that the day following thanksgiving when visiting New Orleans. We ordered four different sandwiches and a side of greens and mashed potatoes. All the sandwiches were tasty. I loved my tofu sandwich .....i know I mentioned it, but will do again. If in doubt get this sandwich and if u like spicy food ask the hottest to make it spicy. It was right on money! Service is quick and with a smile. And did I mention, for a vegetarian like me, it's a big deal to have 5 options on a menu of 13 sandwiches, where most places it is 1 or 2 options!

Great fast service for a quick lunch! It's nice they had vegetarian options. I went with the tofu sandwich with the BBQ sauce and peanuts and enjoyed it!

Of course we had to try some Poboys while in New Orleans! And I have to say Killer Poboys was...just ok? Probably a 3.5 rounding up here. Our group was looking for some quick eats because we hadn't eaten all day (this was around early afternoon time - after the lunch rush, but too early for dinner). We found Killer Poboys on Yelp and decided to check it out. The shop is small and wasn't too crowded when we arrived during this off-rush hour. There's some seating inside but we were taking it to go. Service was straightforward. We ordered at the register and waited maybe 10-15 minutes max for our sandwiches to be ready. The menu offers a lot of unique Poboy options. I went with the BBQ Chicken Confit (chicken thighs, ranch cabbage slaw, bbq sauce, red and green onions). For $12, it definitely was a substantial sandwich. I'm usually a big fan of BBQ chicken but I think the flavors here were just not my fav. It was still fine to eat but I probably wouldn't order it again. But that's just my own taste. It was packed with the slaw (more than I preferred) and messy...lots of napkins were used. Definitely go here if you want unique poboys, but if you're just looking for the fried stuff, check it out somewhere else.
